[HELP] Whenever I create jerseys it crashes

If I put the number of the other team example orlando it crashes but sometimes when their is no number it does not crash help please!

No bro whenever I continue to the jersey screen or what you call where you pick jerseys in the game it crashes whenever I put the number. But when there is no number it does not crashes in the jersey screen but crashes after loading.
