Megainstaller won't work on my WinXP

Could someone please help me. All I want to do is to be able to play the legends and the Champs. I tried to install the Mega-installer with allt he components and it won't work at all. I get duplicate files in the directory and no legends and or Champs rosters. Could someone please help me? I have even asked if someone could email me these two rosters and I could install them manually; so far no help.
I am going crazy...please help.

you must be kidding i am using winXP and can i not use this patch.. WTF this patch was created in 2004 every people had WINXP back then..

the post date is 2003... it can't be released at 2004 and much people weren't using xp. i used win98 at 2003.
