no offensive foul call in low-post

Hi there!

The computer always gets the ball into the low-post with his back to the basket. I (with Yao) try to get the charge. But this doesnt work! The comp just rans over yao and finishes with the most awkward desparation-layup imaginable .
Why is there no offensive foul even though I'm not in the circle under the rim????

do you use the take charge button.. i use the take charge button a lot and i get a call most of the time, whether it is a offensive foul or a blocking foul...

I've found that using Freestyle Control on defense (specifically raising your arms) is more effective at drawing offensive fouls than the Take Charge button. Also make sure you're not in the semi-circle under the basket. If a defender tries to draw an offensive foul while in this area, they will not get the call.
