no, settings.dat is for the game's settings. just dl a accessory fix i know there is.

carodds, do away with 2k.. fix first your atlanta court , do it one at a time. preview first ur work and them let them comment edit until we think it's ready for release.

jfarmar, install tup update package 1 and do not mix patchers.

doktor, then show me that its good. tell caroddsss to preview one court first before proceeding to another. and tell samasama7 to post his previews.

I can prove it that comes from mine.. I am familiar with my works so I can noticed that.. If you are only editing/changing the color of ebo and using other floor parquet, you really can't make a court with that
