Nope, uploading Pack 4 in a little.

BTW guys I haven't been on in awhile because I believe I have some type of malware that's blocking my IE and keeps making script errors pop up. So I have made more crowds,but I hate using Firefox. So Im going to keep updating, but it wont be as quick as before. Thanks to everyone that has been enjoying my mods and giving the encouraging comments.

Yes I will that way everyone has the option to download which packs they want or download them altogether in a compilation. I will also add the secondary crowds in their too(OKC-black, NOH-Creole Blue).
