Okay, I give up..who is Kurt Conner?

Okay, there's an opening splash screen that has three ballers. One of whom is Carmelo Anthony. But the smaller guy in the middle introduces himself as 'Kurt Conner'(I'm pretty sure) but couldn't find him 'in the game' or on the player roster list on NBA.com. Can anybody fill me in on who this guy is? Perhaps I'm missing some marbles…

..and I'm not so familiar with nicknames…who's the Matrix?

If you followed college hoops or the NBA draft, you can tell that it's Kirk Hinrich. And the Matrix is Shawn Marion.

..well he says it so fast...that it was pretty tough to hear it clearly if you didn't know who he was. Also how common is the last name Hinrich in the NBA . But thanks for informing.
