83-game Season?

I'm playing the Lakers on PS2 and my record currently is 81-1, this is my 2nd season already, i thought i played my last regular season game but after my 82nd game i still have to play Utah, i don't know if this is going to be my last game but my season should have ended already. What's up with this?

That's strange. I've never seen that occur before, a generated schedule with an incorrect number of games.

Well it didn't come out as an 83 game season, when i clicked on next game it just completed all the games for all the teams and i went ahead to the playoffs, so it was only an 82 game season.

But during the awarding of the MVP, i've always thought that the player on the top of the MVP candidates list always gets the MVP, but that was not to be. I had shaq and payton ranked 1 and 2 and duncan who was 3rd took the MVP. I didn't allow that of course so i just load the game again and Shaq got the MVP this time.

Man I hate when that happens. That is a MAJOR flaw from how I see it. It should be the same person every time since it's going by the same criteria. It's even worst with ROY and the teams and all. I know the most improved player is always bullshit

yeah! the most improved player is the biggest load of crap....why did they even bother to include the award? just for kicks, i played a dynasty with the bobcats. i used their default roster of the really poor fake players named C. Center, P. Forward, etc....the first year, i just simmed through the first season. i won 2 games, and no player averaged over 8 points a game. the second season, i played about every game. my starting SG averaged 22pts a game. but the player to win most improved was some jackass who averaged .07pts a game or something crazy like that. it's insane.

yo donatelloforpres, how did u get bobacts into dynasty. i can get em into season buh not into dynasty. theres a stick(*I KNOW*) buh dat only shows how to get them into season...please tell me so i can do a dynasty wit them...

As far as I know, you have to replace one of the existing teams with the Bobcats.

i tried dat with the utah jazz but it got me to the starting screen. but when u click on next game or schedle it freezes because there is no schedule for them. their only game is the allstar game so the game crashes.

Are you sure you didn't miss a value? As well changing values such as CONFERENCE and SEED, you also need to switch the TEAMIDs and make sure that the players on the two rosters also switch TEAM values.

yeh i did dat buh not da players buh i dun see how dat can make a difference. the bobcats have no schedule so even wit da players or not wit no schedule the game crashes. How do u put in the utah schedule?

Switching the TEAMID numbers should result in the Bobcats using the Jazz's schedule. Perhaps donatelloforpres can shed some more light on the matter.

yeh cuz i am pretty sure i changed *ALL* da values including all the points they scored, rebunds and everyting. opefully donatellofortes can show/tell us sumting we r not doing. Andrew did u get em into dynasty?

yeah the MIP player in live is crap.. i had kareem rush win it and he only played about 12 mins each game.. and he only averages around 3-4 points, 2 boards and 1.5 assists.
