....ok no beef guys
especially between patchers...
ok so to address the issues...

TUP will stay TUP...we tried to make a name change...had a poll...and TUP still won..also its in memory of papa jack

there are few patchers because the game is old...if other patchers want to join that is fine no problems with it...the team is not "strict"
iamreele, if you recall, once u started posting your work and showing ur stuff...you were instantly part of the "team"
basically the "team" concept was something helpful for me when I organized the work....we designated who was for sure part of the project so that I could easily go to their thread and use their work, ex. S_Brat (now Mgc #12) has always been working with us...so i go in download his work...reduce it and apply it to TUP, i don't have to ask him anymore because I know he is in. If another CF patcher came along (better or worse) I would have to ask him for permission...which may be fast or may be long...so that is why we have a "team" so that we can quickly put work together....if others say "here use my work" then we can use it

i know collecting all of people's work and putting it together is hard and time consuming (zetro's work)...but that is basically what I did...that is my main contribution to the project, other than the roster...which still takes peoples works and combining it...i rarely do any art work (TUP11 i was forced to because we didn't have one) because combining and testing takes a lot of work...which is why i
iamreele for his work....just dont complain

i can still combine for the project...but no one sends me anything..also..with talking with King Dee...his roster is much more complete and up to date

Andrew has a lot on his plate...and we do share work...but our rosters are completely different...changing it now will take a lot more work than what we are doing now

if doktor wants to release a temporary roster then okay...will help with the delay in UP2

kobe can't be a cover boy anymore because we had him already (TUP09..the first one)

creating tutorials is a whole different thing than patching...if people want to learn then can ask...but making a tutorial for everyone is time consuming and completely up to the patcher, they are not obligated to do so...there are also tutorials already out for almost everything...(old tutorials for live works too)
