EDITING COURTS & COLORS

ATTN: to patchers of hexing the colors and those of editing the court files, i need help on how to do two things so i can make more courts for everyone to enjoy! Thanks to my friends that helped already JaoSming & STOMPTHECOURT you both helped me BIG thanks Again 
!!!! NOW if there is anyone that can help with the to things i need to make more court and harder ones for PAST & FUTURE. This is what i need help with:
1.) is to get the HEX COLOR CODE for the NEUTRAL/CLEAR codes that allows us to see just the Wood Flooring that displays on the courts without any colors except the ones needed! EXSAMPLE: it should look like this DDBC173E4260B13E76AE463E0000803F - Celtic Green Anyone Email/ PM or POST it here!!
2.) is to how to edit the court Fxxx.iff files to move/change the logos and text file to make more courts that the game files don't that we work with. any programs or tools to help make this possible. Anyone Email/ PM or POST it here!!
Here some of my work so you can see that i'am commited to doing this and what i done so far. NO PREVIEWS i have faith in my work that it's is GOOD................. Trust !!

dont post the attention thread in the releases forum....although since you are releasing stuff you could have just posted in there too, so disregard the warning
on #2, we cannot 3d edit the floors or stadiums in 2k11, so you need to find courts with logos in the proper place first and then work from that.
