Can I ask what tool do i need to edit the home team crowd?

the files you want to edit are the team_### files

I can't see the crowd texture?

its the 1024x1024 texture, export and import it into GIMP or PS, or whatever, and you can remove the alpha layer to see it properly

you could also use the 2k9 iff editor and save it as a bmp with makes it easier to deal with

I'm having trouble with this on GIMP...When I select "Remove Alpha Channel", the transparent area turns white. I'm sure that's not "seeing it properly" so can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

right click it again and unselect show layer mask

Under Layer/Mask? I can't click on that option.
