The way things can get pushed back and/or real life matters get in the way, I feel it's definitely the way to go with release dates unless you can be absolutely sure (and with a project this size, you can't always be). While most people in this community are very supportive of patchmakers and understanding that other things must take priority and stuff does get in the way, not everyone appreciates that some dates are tentative and not strict deadlines.

i found an error.. the announcer calls chase budinger "francisco garcia" and even shows his portrait when hes at the free throw line

there was an ESPN article saying the Chase Budinger and Francisco Garcia are in fact the same person...

just kidding, Kind Dee check it out please...well the announcer, check the speechid

as far as portrait...thats probably more on you buddy...are u using the the tup portraits? because it sounds like the portrait file you have (separate from the roster where the speech would be) has garcias picture in place of budingers...

either that or Budinger and Garcia have the same playerid in the roster... :| but there would be far more problems if that were true...like crashes

...either way, King Dee...i'm sure u can quickly double check that these two guys dont have the same playerid

I checked the roster from up1 and the speech id's are different.

@LBJ_MVP_6:Check your roster in your dbf editor(if you have one)and click on players.dbf and make sure Francisco Garcia's speech id is at 1351 and Chase Budinger's speech id is at 9910.

Valid SPEECHIDs would be the same no matter which rosters you're using.

Just a short moment away from this, but I've announced my retirement from jersey patching, reason being that I have been overtaken as the main jersey patcher now, I have not been short of time, but we have someone now that can replace me, and is making great jerseys now. There is no need for me now... Thanks to all those in the TUP team that I've had the privilege to help with over the years, but now I look at this and see that there isn't any need for me anymore... This isn't something I really wanted to do, but I think it's time for me to step down as the main jersey patcher... If you want proof of why I'm retiring, look at the boston celtics jersey on the 2x revolution jersey thread, page 18, thanks.

Wishing this section well, I'll always be checking back to make sure everything is going good and sort out any problems that may arise. Even though i'm 17, I'm having to earn enough for 2 people, but life is pretty good at the moment, making some good money, and keeping my girlfriend happy. That is my main focus at the moment...

I think every player has its own speechid's.. just like I've noticed on Rodney Stuckey and Will Bynum did not saying their names in game from TUP10 roster until I noticed on Andrew's roster has mentioning their names

how's the issue about coaches cf? can it still be done for UP2? I am thinking if it is possible to have a cf for the referees.. I think its possible? :roll:

The referees have face files, so it's certainly possible.

As far as the coaches are concerned, if importing the bhed properly is a problem then I can help out there. It's the more complex parts of cyberface creation that I can't handle, so if someone was to create the bheds for the coaches - ie make them as if you're making a face for a player - I can help out with importing them into a coach face file. From there it's a matter of finding the most suitable headshape from the ones available.

sir my game still crashes when playing the east and west and also with the orlando magic.. i reinstalled my game and updated to TUP11.. my game crash if i extract the art files from the new roster.. so i didnt extract it.. just tthe roster only.. my game works except with the said team... help please...

keso17, do you have my magic court? If you have that and if you installed S_Brat's orlando magic cf pack, it will crash because my court is in high resolution so having bigger file size so it needs 1x cfs and tats.. convert your 2x cfs to 1x.. or just wait for the pack 2 soon
