Patch on PS2 harddrive?

Can you patch and edit .DBF's etc like how you guys do if you have a PS2 hard drive, or is it only for the computer?

It seems like you guys get the better bang for your buck when it comes to NBA Live games compared to console users.

Unfortunately you cannot patch the console versions the same way you can patch the PC version.
