How do u activate bench players for the Jordan mode?

In Jordan mode, teams are not able to use alot of their bench players.
FOr example, Sonics can only play 5 players..
How do u activate the rest of the bench, so that their used??

That was the first place i checked... and added minutes to the bench guys too. but nope...
celtics and sonics only use starting line up.

i was looking for a way to have it jordan challenge. i dont want to complete it without realistic rosters.
