Thought I would share my beautiful legacy of my Florida Gulf Coast Eagles and their quest to be in the Big Dance. I will post the results of the 5 played games below. This won't get updated regularly, it's just for fun :)

And just for some settings:
Everything on
11 minute quarters
All-American difficulty.

With 17 seconds, Christophe Varidel had the ball. He was in this situation before. He let go of the ball and nailed a three to give the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles an upset win over Austin Peay in the "B" Bracket of the South Padre Classic.

"I've had the ball in that situation before against [Bethune] Cookman, so I wasn't nervous. I just nailed it." said Varidel after the game, who had 12 points and had struggled before the shot, shooting 4-14.

Reed Baker had a double-double, with 20 points and 10 assists. However, in the first half, the Govs looked like a well-oiled machine. Anthony Campbell was nailing shots left and right, giving him 17 points in the first half. He was shut down in the second half, only scoring 6 and could not help his team win.

"We had the win. We just choked it." said an upset Campbell.

The Eagles will square off against the Valaparasio Crusaders (3-0) who beat the Maryland Eastern-Shore Hawks 81-54.

Eagles
Reed Baker: 20 points, 10 assists
Christophe Varidel: 12 points
Kevin Cantinol: 10 points, 5 rebounds

Governors
Anthony Campbell: 23 points
Josh Terry: 13 points
Caleb Brown: 6 points, 7 assists
