How to add Rookies to an existing dynasty

Question: I've downloaded R-Tistic's possible rookie players and I would just like to ask/know how to add them correctly for my dynasty's coming draft. Thanks in advance

I know there is a thread in the 2003 Franchise (or dynasty) section about it, but I haven't even tried it.
