Why they lost: New Jersey were terrible when it came to defending, they allowed John Wall to score 25 second half points and were just bedazzled the whole night, the Wizards brought the heat and the Nets had a terrible 38% field goal percentage rate.

Why they won: Despite turning the ball over 7 times, John Wall looked impressive racking up 27 points and 11 assists. The Wizards converted 54% of their field goals and 50% of their 20 three pointers, it helped the Wizards rack up the points quickly and fuel a blowout by halftime.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Washington came into this game looking for their third straight win since April 9th of the 2007-08 season. Behind John Wall's 18 assists, Blatche's 31 points and Carmelo Anthony's 29 points they were able to get their first three game win streak in almost 3 years.

Why they lost: The Thunder had a terrible second half, their defense had a major lapse big time and they couldn't contain the playmaking skills of John Wall who was feeding Carmelo Anthony and Andray Blatche all night long, the Wizards could be the most improved team right now and could push for a playoff spot if they keep playing to the tenacity of how they played the Thunder last night.

Why they won: The Wizards started poorly, JaVale McGee missed his first 8 field goals and the Wizards were down 14 points at one point during the second half, but somehow during the third quarter they picked up the pace and behind Carmelo Anthony's 19 points in the second half the Wizards took back the lead late in the third and never gave it up again, giving them their third straight win.

I'm not the biggest melo fan here and don't rate him too highly. However, you totally ripped off denver in that deal. Having said that, I think melo should be a good fit for your roster.

thanks, yeah i got them totally it was a big surprise, but i thought nba 2k11 had improved ai intelligence, maybe he was planning on ditching them and they decided to get rashard lewis and 2 first round picks.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Wizards came into this game coming off several big wins that has put them back into playoff contention, with the Timberwolves making a visit, the Wizards would attempt to record their first four game win streak since December 9th to 13th of 2007.

Why they lost: The Timberwolves could of won this one, they couldn't cope with the John Wall and Carmelo Anthony matchup, when one was double teamed the other was available to make some plays, Kevin Love played the best game on the court recording 24 points, hitting 9 of 12 field goals and racking up 17 boards.

Why they won: The Wizards won by just one point in this evenly matched event. They won due to the heroics of Carmelo Anthony who scored the game winning points in the last minute which allowed them to get the win, John Wall keeps feeding the buckets, this time dishing out 13 assists. The Wizards played a pretty good game, it doesn't matter how close or how much you win them by, a win on the scoreshee leads to a win in the conference standings, helping them to make a playoff push.
