Did you follow all the steps? Do you have Tune Up Utilities? What's happening when you try to start the Mod Tool?

when i start the mod tool it tells me to select the version like usual....then i press ok and nothin comes up...

Will release the Rosters etc..soon...sorry to hear about the mod tool.
I still think you need to clear your cache (sounds like a bug) and run a clean up utility on your PC after uninstalling Java and the Mod Tool.

Brutal Games... 1st game Utah at San Antonio (I was Utah of course)...killed him!! 2nd game Philadelphia in Chicago...I beat him with the Sixers in overtime by 6...your missing out Bro!!! Lmao

no crashes at association anymore..

just some points for improvement: (its purely based on my opinion and taste.)

1. lakers uniform went a bit dark
2. too much sweat at the 3rd and 4th quarter.
