Problem with quality of faces

Okay my problem is a loss af quality, when i convert my bmp to a fsh.
The image on the left is the bmp and the right one is the fsh
See Hills forehead, thats what i mean.
Isnt it possible to get a higher quality?




And why do i get a "Stream read error" when i try to import a bmp into an open fsh?
I can only use the "paste as new image" and then Saving it as FSh.

i'm not sure...
but i guess that u can't!
anyway...the psh looks a lot more realistic then the bmp...
it blends with the face better!
