Help with this problem

Can someone help fix the problem below? When a timeout is called it's still the old Jazz logo.

its not a problem.. Just need to update that logo

I got a problem biggest them with timeouts...
every time a request is timeout, the game closes and I can never play an entire game!!

Can someone help me with it??
