Sorry all, been really busy. My wife and I are in the process of getting a new home, so I don't have time to keep working on this. I'll go ahead and make the files available, though. I think the hopes may be a bit high on this, as it's not quite there yet. Perhaps someone else can further modify my changes to really polish it up?
Let me know whatcha think of the changes as they are. And if you take a stab at making it better, throw some pictures or a video up (or throw some up anyways)!
Again, with where these are at now, it looks a lot better on the darker skin types than it does on the light ones. Seems to be the case no matter what, though.

I've been trying to make a really good change for the ripped muscle type and I'm getting closer. I thought I'd post a video and show where it's at currently. I changed the buff one, too, but not as much.
Ripped muscle change (shadowmod xxx-6, photomod 2, my arm changes, my arm sweat change, real eyes, my teeth):
