It's only his fourth game back, I don't expect those performances will last. Neither team shot the ball very well in that one, so Dirk's 6/16 wasn't really out of place either.

I think Dirk should stop shooting threes for a while. He is like 0-6 for the last two games.

So it seems the Mavs will get Peja Stojavokic, big fan of him back in his Sacramento days. I read from some boards that is likely to be the starting SF.

It's currently being held up due to a couple of complaints from other teams regarding Ajinca going to the Raptors (the allegation being it's an illegal side deal to get Peja to Dallas).

Him and the Kings were so much fun to watch back then. (Y)

But then this guy's never been healthy since then. Even with Butler out, I don't think he'll be making much noise on the court.

It's weird that teams complain about small deals, while they don't complain about the Lebron, Bosh moves and even the rumored Carmelo deal.

He can still shoot threes though, I think he scored like 17 points on only 12 minutes of playing against the Mavericks before he was traded to the Craptors.

There were a few complaints about that but ultimately since sign-and-trades were involved and the players involved were free agents, they didn't carry much weight.

Barea has been hot lately, weird but Dirk should be the one scoring 20+ a night.

Yeah, hopefully Dirk will be 100% percent, Roddy being an impact on his return and Peja shooting 3's every now and then. I cringe everytime I see Barea handle the ball or Carlisle stupid 3 Point Guard lineup.

Dirk is back, I hope. Gonna be a hard 7 game road trip, with Boston first.

He's looking quite good recently, shooting way over .500 the last two games. Just more important seems Chandler though at the moment. Dirk will always draw double teams, even when he's not at 100%, but Chandler in this shape is golden.

Beat Knicks, now off to face the Celtics in what should be a classic win for the Mavs.

Seems that Peja is finally getting the rhythm while Dirk seems off this week.

I believe Peja is going to drain threes. dei is right about Dirk, he really needs to stop shooting.

Dirk should only stop shooting the ball when he is injured or not in the groove and just focus on rebounding and defend.
