That's strange about the Cleveland court. It the ceiling was sides were outlined in pink, and the seats were fine.

The Toronto court crashed when the game was loading.

the ones that look like the 360 version that go on top, or the FSN one, do those work?

Yes. If it is from 06 or 2005 it will work.

i tried it out and when my game went to the one screen after the loading finished screen, 2-3 seconds later it crashed. also, the ABC and the NTV ones are outdated and the link wont work anymore

just curious, but how did you get those screens?
IDK if this happens to you too, but when during the practice gameplay, you step in the left corner, do you get a portion of the brick walls crawling from the left side of the screen?

this is what i mean => Image

those screens were from the warmups before a game

that court was made for 07, where there are no sideline cameras for practice or 1v1, only baseline cams

wouldnt it have the board where it says who is versing who and the stadium whatever?

but i was using your ESPN court for playing 2005, not 07 :?
and ive got all the 5 angles: center court, baseline high AND low, sideline, and press box
does that happen to you too though, for 2005 i mean. iono if that's supposed to be "normal" or not...so, yea
*i need my suns court to be fixed please. how should i get rid of those 2 pink rectangles? i already removed phoestd.fsh and phoestd_vram.fsh. could there possibly be something wrong with the phoebbd.fsh?*

I don't know what to say about the scoreboard. It should have worked if you just used the scoreboard.big file or whatever it is called/

Haha. I just realized in the Boston court you have the black and grey ball I made.

yah i had the streetball mod installed on that, I really should do a re-install of that game so i can focus on this patch compatibility.

Ill take a look at the suns court, matter of fact Ill take a look at all the courts. Removing the crt.fsh files was a dumb move, you should have and ebo, and 2 fsh files for any court.

Maybe after you look at each court, you could post the files here, so everyone can just download them. And we could put it in the SUM 2005 project.

you addeded some crowd appearance file.
You must delete it because NBA live 2005 uses the same crowd for all arenas.

Jao,

1. How do I do that? Where can I get the jerseys? I checked the 2007 jerseys section on nbalive.org and nba-live.com and didn't see anything there. I am looking for:

new Pacers jerseys (from last year) - (nba-live.com under 06)
new Raptors jerseys
new Bucks jerseys
Blue Cavs alt
Blue Bobcats alt
Red 76ers alt
Blue Jazz alt
Red Nets alt - (nba-live.com under 06)
Black/Gold Wizards alt

2. You were discussing the courts. I have a problem. I downloaded all of the courts for 2005 from nbalive.org under the 2005 section except for Indiana, Raptors, and Bucks since they changed their logo/jersey/colors. Then in the SUM thread, 6 courts were released to update some of the courts. I extracted those courts over to my game.

All of the courts are good, except the backboard box (where you aim layups) is red for Cavs and Raptors and blue for Nuggets. It should be white. Any idea how I can correct that problem? Since you have this large thread on courts and making it work, I figured you would be the guy to know.

This was the thread where I got those 6 updated courts: http://www.nbaliveforums.com/ftopic42950.php

Thanks for the help.

i personally cant give you the textures for the 07 jerseys cause im running vista and i havent gotten FSHx to work properly yet

However if you post in the 07 patch requests section and ask for those textures im sure someone will take 5 minutes of their time to send you them

As for the courts your pretty much stuck with what Rsox does and doesnt wanna do. If you learn how to import and export textures you can just use the 2005 backboard "bbd" files and replace the textures with new ones

I don't understand about the textures. Once I get the jerseys I need that was made for 06 or 07, I just need to know how to be able to install them into 2005.

As for the courts, isn't there a generic file that deals with the backboard files? I thought maybe I could take one from the other courts that give the white backboard square and replace it for Cavs, Raps, and Nuggets.

for the jerseys you need a texture, like this
Image
then you need to import it into the game (look for a tutorial on how to use FSHx or post in the patching issues section for help on that)

as for the courts, each court has its own viv file (like a folder) and inside of it there are ebos (3d shapes) and fsh files (textures used on the 3d shapes). You want to extract for instance the toronto bbd files (so open up toro.viv then extract torobbd.fsh) then open that fsh up with FSHx and replace the backboard texture with the one from the 2005 downloads.

Im sorry but i really cannot help every new person here on the ins and outs of patching and how to use these programs, try searching the forums and if that doesnt work ask for help.
Opinions are my own.

Roster patches have to be converted due to differences in the databases, something I certainly wouldn't recommend to novices.
