76ers Retired #'s Flag Fix (Released)

I noticed that Julius Erving's name was misspelled as, "JULIUN" in the stadium file. I corrected the spelling to, "JULIUS" and re-centered the name.

*Also corrected is "BLIIY" to "BILLY" thanks to LHead2, and "GREEN" to "GREER" thanks to Iv3rson.
