I just released an updated version of my LA Lakers court patch. Plus, I released a new Miami Heat court and an updated Boston Celtics court yesterday. You can get them at nbalive.org in the 2004 Courts section, if you haven't already.
I've also got all my patches back up on nbalive.org, including my Steve Nash patch, and my All-Star, Cleveland, Memphis & Washington courts, which were previously available on my temporary site.
