Convert 2k10 headshape into 2k11

I want to ask headshapers how to convert 2k10 headshape into 2k11 headshape or how make that 2k10 iff file work on 2k11.Please help

cant convert and and import. The only thing from 2k10 that works directly in 2k11 is jersey files but even those have issues

from my understanding he is just exporting/importing the texture from 2k10 into 2k11, not the headshapes
