Last year, around this time, I encountered a problem in a Rockets dynasty in NBA Live 10. I'd gotten a PS3 and Live 10 for Christmas, and was enjoying it a lot. The problem was I was trying to work out a trade, but didn't know what a salary cap was (I was barely beginning to get into basketball at the time). So after some intense googling, I came across this forum, the NBA Live Series Center Forum. I found a thread in which people were firing away questions at a guy named Andrew (who's from Australia of all places
). I asked, and he answered.So I ran into a few more questions, asked away, and so began to visit the forum more often. I explored the different sections and found the Dynasty/Association stories sections, and read some of the stories there. Then I came to the NBA Talk Section, found a friendly (haha, yeah right) and hilarious community, so I stuck around.
One year later, here I am. 2500+ posts (yikes), and I have a Dynasty Story destined for the Hall Of Fame. I've learned that there are lots of avid NBA fans outside the States, I've improved my grammar by reading other people's posts here, and more importantly, realized that there is only one king in Miami, and it's not LeBron. Look at my avatar and see.
So I just wanna say thanks to those who supported me (or in some cases pwned me). Being a part of this forum has been a positive experience.
tl;dr: It's my one year anniversary on this forum.
