Bench, Coach & cheerleaders disappear

I've got an odd problem. I only see empty seats courtside and all the players and coaches have disappeared. The cheerleaders, mascot and the guy who cleans the court have also vanished. Is there a file that I might have replaced that caused this?

Also, I forgot my account and when I try to register a new one it says my cd-key is already in use.
Anyone any idea how I can retrieve my old account and password?

you probably disabled sideline characters in Video Settings, as for the other problem, sounds real shady to me, I'll just leave it at that.

Guys, since we are talkin about this here, i have this kind of peoblem : I have stadium on low, crowd on low but high on sideline characters. I can see Coaches, mascots, everything, and most importantly sideline characters. But when i play - i mean while in the game itself - sideline characters are invisible. But when a player comes to shoot a free throw, before the game, after the game, during time-outs and during replays i CAN SEE SIDELINE CHARCTERS (still can see coaches and bench). What do u think is the problem, guys?

Nothing shady about my second problem: I bought the game through Steam. I did however install it a second time, because my laptop screen on my other computer got broken. I also replaced the .exe file with the American version so that I could see the sideline logo's. That might be the cause. Is the cd-key in connection with that file?

JaoSming, Well, even if i put crowd on medium and stadium on high i still can't see them I just wonder why they disappera during game-play but are there during all other moments...

Yeah, if on high everything they do stay there, but u know, framerate is like a slideshow, haha, so i don't know about smoothness . Do you really have to have everything on high for everything to appear? Or is it a not common problem?

try to set your anti-aliasing(MSAA) to off, anti-aliasing quality to off, and v-sync to off.. arena to low.. player and crowd details and texture quality to high.. sideline character , depth of fields, and floor reflextion to "on"..

see if your framerate will get higher.... tried and tested ....
