Thanks Jae. Yeah it wasn't too bad, I remember it wasn't immediately popular when we made that change (no design change ever is) but there is a bit of a nostalgic feel to it now. Of course, it sucked having to separate any content that made use of MySQL onto GameSpy's dynamic server, not to mention use FilePlanet for all our downloads and they didn't want us to use nba-live.com except as a redirect. They made a lot of promises that they didn't keep. Worst of all was the dynamic server crash that put the site out of action for at least a month.

We certainly aiming to do our best following the fallout with NBA Elite 11. The transition to covering 2K, Jam and basketball games in general has certainly helped.

It does indeed. I actually thought I hit 50,000 this time last year so I got a bit of a surprise when I saw the date of the screenshot was February this year.

Andrew, I think it's about time you stop spamming.

Seriously, congratulations for keeping these boards up and productive. I understand at this moment in time I may not be your favorite person on the boards, considering I am a Knicks fan and they did beat the Bulls twice, but I have always respected you as an admin and a poster!

Not to worry, Doobie. I can always console myself with those six championships in the 90s, four of which involved defeating the Knicks at some point in the Playoffs. Thanks for the kind words and the support.
