i've been playing nba live 08 for some time now, and i noticed this, sometimes when a certain player scores, in their next possesion that player will still be the one to score, and wont share the ball, even when you double team the player. is it possible to change this?

No, not really. Since that's a pretty normal occurrence in basketball, there's really no reason to either.

maybe its in the game....because they just let one player to score ex.Carlos Arroyo of Miami Heat when ever carlos gets the ball...he will just score all by himself and never pass the ball

I'm pretty sure that happens in the default game too. It's a bug that's shown up from time to time since Freestyle Control was first added to the game.
