Talk about NBA 2K11 here.

Guys, I know this isn't a "patching" question, but figured I'd throw this in here not to clutter up someone's thread in the Patch section.
If I'm downloading the enb shadow mods, etc, how do I get them to work? I know that I place all the files in my 2k11 folder.
Using enb in the past, I'd have a little green wording come up in the top right of the screen, telling me it was running. Does it not do this anymore?
I'm running Windows 7 x64, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it or not. I know my PC has DirectX 11, checked through DXdiag. Will that effect anything?

if you dl those enb from here its ON by default,..shift+F12 to turn off/on...

when i installed them the green text still showed up for me.....maybe try redownloading it to make sure you got the dll files and such.

Yeah, I've downloaded a LOT of ENB files, all files, and I never get the green text. I don't know what the deal is. Should I copy the .dll files anywhere else?

are running with the steam version? I want to think ENB doesnt work with steam.

Nope, bought from Best Buy on Black Friday. I even thought about trying to re-buy off of steam, but I don't know what the problem is. I don't even know if it's working. I can see some differences, but it may be placebo. Who knows. Are you running Win7 as well?
What about the DirectX folder within the NBA 2K11 folder? I'm at a loss right now.

it just has to go in the same folder as the nba2k11.exe.....and then it should work
http://enbdev.com/download_en.htmtry a "default" ENB series and see if you can get it to work

hey guys, if i apply this enb, will it affect the smoothness of my gameplay or lower the fps? and what is crysis photomod 3? is that the enb? i know it enhances the graphics but i never really tried downloading and using it but now im thinking about it. so is there any major reduction performance wise when applying this?
Sat Dec 25, 2010 4:00 pm
yep, it reduces performance, how bad depends on how good your computer is.
you can always try it and then remove the files without harming anything
