How to change the Scoreboard Logos

Hello All,

after so many comments and questions about my Logo Mods now welcome to my 2kSports Logo Change Mod Tutorial,

first this is what we need

- NBA2KX Mod Tool 0.15 you can get this here http://forums.nba-live.com/viewtopic.php?f=136&t=75639
- you need my Logo Change Textures Pack (NBC or TNT) you can get this here http://forums.nba-live.com/viewtopic.php?f=136&t=77414
- and you need NBA2K11
- and backup your files please, so you can change it back if you don't like it

ok let us start with the textures for the Global.iff

Step 1-3



- start your NBA2KX Mod Tool 0.15
- click on Open and search for your NBA2k11 Instalation Folder
- in your NBA2k11 Folder search the Global.iff and click Open

Step 4-5



- search for the entry 256 = XXXXXXXXX
- search for the DDS:6 entry in the sub file window

Step 6-8



- click on ImportRes and search my NBA or TNT Logo Change Textures Pack on your Computer and open the Global Textures Folder
- look for the 256-2.dds and click open

Step 9



- click ok



your first of 8 Textures is now ready

we have to do this for the following Textures

256-6
256-7
256-8
256-61
256-118
256-122
732
806

for the Gooey_Global.iff it is the

10-13
10-14
10-15
10-16

btw which is the best tool for editing .dds files?
i want to create my own logos (i have created images just don't know to put them in .dds file, so I could import them into global)

Really sorry for bothering you, but I have more questions about .dds files.
How come when I open the file the logo resolution is very small? Is that how it's supposed to be? Do I make my logo in that same resolution?

I think you missed a couple...seems that I'm still missing some TNT stuff in the intro and during the replays with these textures. I was adding them to a personal global....my video is uploading now for you too see later today.

I'm sorry the editing the gooey_global.iff is still not working...

I took AMSTAFF's TNT global....removed the textures, add all my CBS Sports logo.dds files to the correct places....

And the Inside the NBA TNT logo still flips on the other side...and the other side will be my CBS logo...Now I've search the whole gooey_global and I have yet to even find that in the NBA dds file in there...why is it still showing up and how do I remove it...or replace it, if I can't see it....what other program, other than modtool can I use to remove it?
