Boom Shakalaka!!! I really like this year rosters format more, than previous ))) To make you happy, i should say, we have separated PortrID and CF ID this year.

Here is the updated list of CFs (and Players + Staff) in the original roster. File format is the same (text file, Tab-separated columns, sorted by Portrait ID for Players and CF ID for Staff).
Also decoded players' height and AudioID (stories, told by the commentators about players during games).

being specific, i want to add a created player (wich is in FA) to the austin toros in my association, is it possible to let him play there without doing sign+assign to d league?

Yeah, it was possible, I was doing that in my association.. But I don't know if it's possible on free version, or just full licensed.. Can't remember.
