How do I access players dbf?

Discussion about NBA Live 2004.

How do I access players dbf?

when i look in the program files all i see is the "Original" folder with the players dbf and "temp" that is empty.

where/how can i find the players that i create when i save my roster?

NBA Live 2004 saves are stored under "My Documents".

Thanks for your help Andrew, ditto for the other thread.

I downloaded your roster update with the '86 Celts and '96 Bulls and was amazed with the quality of the teams.

Can I ask-how did you determine how to rate the players?

FG for instance, there isn't really a way to determine what the rating should be. eg-kevin garnett is rated 66 in FG in 2004 and duncan is rated 82 despite the fact that the disparity in their FG % last season wasn't that big-something like .513 for duncan and .502 for garnett.

It depends if you use stats to ratings formulas or simply assign ratings in a realistic range. I'm familiar with the effectiveness of the ratings and the abilities they bestow upon players, and by looking at examples already in the game, I adjust and assign ratings accordingly.
