there is no iff file, CAP faces are created using many different textures which are located in the global.iff and in the files that begin with "pc" in the main folder.

if you want to custom make a CF then you need to apply an iff file like the topic I linked to. other than that you are stick with what you can edit in the Edit Player menu.

Again, by default, there is no png####.iff file for created players. By default, My Players are Created Players so they don't have a CF.

the 3030 is probably the portrait ID
