In this week's segment: Vick continues his awesomeness, Peterson is limited but effective, Eric Berry is makin' some plays and Derrick Morgan too!

• Man, Michael Vick just cannot stop making plays for the Philadelphia Eagles, hence their unbeaten record. Vick has thrown for 13 touchdowns, 3 interceptions and possesses a 91.1 passer rating. Did i forget to mention he has thrown for 1994 passing yards in just seven games, that's an average of 284.8 per game.

• Adrian Peterson has carried the ball just 86 times this season, that's just 14 times a game, yeah the Vikings owned the Lions 52-6, they haven't done much else going 3-3. Peterson has rushed for 8 touchdowns, 449 yards and has an average of 5.2 yards per gain, he also has fumbled the ball just...twice.

• Chiefs safety Eric Berry is tied second in the NFL with 4 interceptions, he's allowed just 11 catches all season long and has recorded 25 tackles in a throughly upgraded Chiefs secondary. It looks like Berry is going to be a great player for a long time.

• Talking about rookies, another defensive player, this time Tennessee's Derrick Morgan has proved he can make a difference. Morgan has recorded 9 sacks so far, that's a huge amount of sacks for the Georgia Tech rookie.

• Chad Ochocinco continues to make some plays, The Bengals improved to 5-1 with a 24-20 win over the Atlanta Falcons, Ochocinco recorded 8 recptions for 190 yards and a touchdown. Are the Bengals slowly becoming the best team in the AFC?

• Here's my list of the best teams in the NFL (top 10) as each week passes we get a better look and understanding of the 32 NFL teams.

SEATTLE (AP) — The New York Giants snapped their two game losing streak with an impressive 20-10 win over the Seattle Seahawks
at Qwest Field Sunday afternoon.

In just one half of competitive football Eli Manning helped the Giants build a 20-3 lead going into half-time completing 14 of 18 passes
for 216 yards and 3 touchdowns, DJ Ware rushed for 83 yards and the Giants relaxed in the second half in what was an easy win despite
not looking like it on the scoreboard.

"We did well today," said Giants defensive end Osi Umenyiora, who recorded 2 sacks, 6 tackles, a forced fumble and held the Seahawks
to just -1 rushing yards on 12 attempts.

"We just couldn't get going," said Matt Hasselbeck who faced the #3 ranked pass defense and #2 ranked run defense. "We came up a
little short we could of played a lot better."

Hasselbeck was sacked six times and threw a last minute interception to Antrel Rolle, who now has four interceptions in his first 7 starts
as a New York Giant.

"We hustled well today," said quarterback Eli Manning, who has now thrown 12 touchdowns and just 2 interceptions. "We played a lot better
than previous weeks, it was pleasing for us, very."

And Giants coach Tom Coughlin couldn't agree anymore. "Man we played a real good game, I think our defense is giving up just under 14 points
a game and our offense, especially our passing has just been hitting cylinders now, I think some teams should be scared to face us, I would if I
had to face the Giants tommorrow."

Steve Smith, Victor Cruz and Hakeem Knicks all caught touchdown passes in what could of been a huge rout if they had not taken half the starters
away from action.

The New York Giants (6-2) will now go back home to host the Dallas Cowboys (4-3), the Cowboys have won four straight after starting out 0-3.

In this week's segment: The Jets shut out the Packers, the Panthers get their second tie of the season, the Browns upset the Patriots and who has the best defense in the league?

• In week 8 the New York Jets (5-2) shut out Super Bowl pre-season favorites the Green Bay Packers (3-5) to a score of 31-0, the Jets defense played solid, but is there something wrong with the Packers offense, shut out with Aaron Rodgers at quarterback... really?

• It's incredibly rare for a team to get one draw an entire decade, for the Panthers they are doing new things, the Panthers in week 8 drew with the St. Louis Rams 20-20 and the week before tied the San Francisco 49ers 15-15, the Panthers offense has averaged just 12.6 points per game and were shut out by the New York Giants in the season-opener.

• Everyone always loves an upset the Browns (2-6) managed to upet the Patriots (4-4) after taking a 14-3 first quarter lead, thanks to Jake Delhomme's 4 touchdowns and and Joshua Cribbs 3 receiving touchdowns the Browns blew-out the Patriots, 34-16.

• Is it weird that the New York Giants have the #1 ranked defense in the league, they are allowing just 249.2 yards per game and are allowing just 13.8 points per game. Guess who's in second? the other New York team, the Jets. The Jets are allowing just 249.3 yards per game and are allowing a leagues best 189.5 passing yards per game.

NEW YORK (AP) — Tony Romo was sidelined with an injury 6:25 left in the first quarter, it didn’t stop the Cowboys-Giants rivalry
as it was in full throttle as the New York Giants defeated the Dallas Cowboys, 24-14.

In what was a defensive slugfest just as much as the first, Giants kicker Lawrence Tynes missed a 48 yard field goal 8:55 left in
the second quarter to keep the Game tied. Tynes has kicked just 18 of 24 this season and went 1 of 2 on the day.

He wasn’t the only one that was missing kicks; Dallas Cowboys kicker David Buehler went 0 for 2. The game didn’t get its first
score of the game until 5:02 left in the second quarter, DJ Ware fumbled the football and Mike Jenkins returned it 60 yards for
the first touchdown of the game.

“Yeah both teams couldn’t run on each other and when we did, we the [defense] had to make big plays,” said Cowboys cornerback
Mike Jenkins.

The Giants would soon equalise the scores but with 0:15 left Jon Kina tossed 6 yard touchdown to Martellus Bennett, it ended a 13 play,
75 yard drive that gave the Cowboys a 14-7 lead going into the half without Tony Romo making much of a difference.

The Giants came straight out of the gates, after a 13 yard pass to Mario Manningham and 35 and 38 yard passes to Steve Smith,
the Giants tied the game up with a 2 yard touchdown run by DJ Ware.

You could say that’s when it went wrong for the Dallas Cowboys, Antrel Rolle picked off a pass and Eli Manning tossed a 43 yard touchdown
pass to Victor Cruz to open the 4th quarter with a touchdown throw.

“It was demoralizing for us,” said Cowboys coach Wade Philips. The Cowboys rushed for just 20 yards and Antrel Rolle picked up 2 interceptions
to bring his season total to 6 and to tie cornerback buddy Corey Webster with a league’s leading 6.

In this week's segment: Is Jerod Mayo the best LBer in the league? Marques Colston is doin' things big down south, the most burned secondary player this season and the Browns pull off another upset.

• I'm pretty sure Jerod Mayo is the best linebacker in the league this season. Mayo has recorded 42 tackles and 13 sacks, 13 sacks is a lot for a middle linebacker, no outside linebacker yet has 13 sacks, I don't think he's better than Patrick Willis but he is nearing that potential.

• Marques Colston is in my opinion the best wide receiver in the league, Colston has recorded 68 receptions for 744 yards and 11 touchdowns, Drew Brees has thrown for 23 touchdowns, so Colston is a go-to-guy target, He averages just 3.7 yards after the catch and is averaging 82.6 yards per game.

• Congratulations to Tom Zbikowski, the free safety of the Baltimore Ravens -- you are the most burned secondary player in the league this season allowing 19 catches. Is Ed Reed back yet?

• The Browns (3-6) managed to pull of the upset for the second consecutive game and defeated the Jets (6-3), 30-23. The Browns won't get to the playoffs but at least they can ruin records and play spoiler.

In this week's segment: Drew Brees throws for over 500 yards, the Patriots stun the Colts, Joe Flacco goes down with an injury and are the Browns going to be contenders?

• If you had a chance to see the Colts-Patriots game it was a treat. New England ended up winning 36-24 after coming back from a 21-6 halftime deficit. Tom Brady tossed a 2 yard touchdown pass to Randy Moss with 4:48 left and Jonathan Wilhite picked off Peyton Manning and returned it 42 yards for the touchdown with just 4:03 left. Clutch team.

• Joe Flacco has been diagnosed with a foot fracture and will be out for up to 5 weeks, he should return in time for a week 15-16 matchup, but he does miss crucial games against Pittsburgh, New Orleans and possibly Houston.

• Drew Brees was named player of the week after completing 36 of his 53 passes for 542 yards and 4 touchdowns in the 41-38 overtime win against the Seattle Seahawks. The Saints improved to 8-2 and look like the champs again.

• The Browns defeated the Jaguars, 16-9 for their third win in a row. They have allowed just 16 points per game in that span of beating Jacksonville, New York J and New England.

NEW YORK (AP) — Stuffed like a thanksgiving turkey. The Jaguars were shut-out after they could only record 135 yards against the best defense in the NFL.

For the New York Giants, this was a "trap" game that turned out to be a blow-out after Eli Manning threw four touchdown passes and a pass defense that
was equally as great forcing five interceptions, four of them from David Garrard who finished the day 8/27 for 82 yards and four interceptions.

The New York Giants (8-3) still trail the Philadelphia Eagles (10-1) by two games in the division and will face them soon for what could be the all-important
NFC East game of the year. "Were not worried about that game right now, this was a big win for us, we need to try and win out, I think what we did today
solidified us as good team, but we need to beat some good teams as well," said Giants coach Tom Coughlin.

The Jacksonville Jaguars fell to (3-8) on the season after Maurice Jones-Drew could only rush for 18 yards from 15 carries. "Yeah that defense is pretty damn
standard right now," said the pro-bowl running back. "It was one of those days where you knew they were going to play hard, and hard they played, it was an
embarrasment out there today, were sorry for the fans that had to come and watch us."

The only decent performence of the Jacksonville Jaguars today came from the defensive line that got to Eli Manning six times, courtesy of Justin Durant and
Derrick Harvey recording 2 sacks each. The Giants recorded 5 sacks, with Michael Boley accounting for two of those.

"We have the best defense in all of football right now, we are unstoppable, we can see teams are jealous of our defense right now, nobody will want to play us
in the post-season," Giants outside linebacker Michael Boley said.

After a long drought of not recording an interception, Corey Webster got his seventh of the season and Jonathan Goff picked off David Garrard in the end-zone
to make sure that the shut-out was indeed a shut-out by the end of the game. "We enjoy these shut-outs," said the leading tackler of the New York Giants with
63 tackles this season.

Anbody enjoys a shut-out when your'e not on the opposing team.

In this week's segment: Tom Brady throws for over 500 yards and Randy Moss sets another record as a week of upsets kick in to the NFL.

• Oh wow, look at the beating the Patriots layed on the Lions this past weekend. The Patriots beat the Lions in a dominating performence on thanksgiving by, 52-10. The Patriots improved to 6-5, but without Tom Brady's performence, it probably couldn't of happened. Brady completed 42 of 56 passes for 507 yards. He threw 6 touchdown passes and just 2 interceptions./

• That brings us to where did his 500 yards go to. Randy Moss recorded 21 receptions for 304 blistering yards and 3 touchdowns, the Patriots are so-so on whether they will keep Randy Moss after this season, but you can't deny, they look like they are going back to the Super Bowl this season.

• I love a day of upsets and this was filled with them. The Jets managed to defeat the leagues best team in the Bengals by, 19-6. It wasn't a great day by the Bengals and they bungled away an opportunity of defeating a premier team.

• How bout dem Bills? The Bills defeated the Steelers 34-14 this past week, it was a glorious day if you were a Bills fan as the team improved to 2-8 whilst the Steelers fell to 6-5.

• Here's my list of the best teams in the NFL (top 10) as each week passes we get a better look and understanding of the 32 NFL teams.
