Here in Paris we have a great public transportation system, you can go anywhere you want by using subways or buses, so there's no real need for a car.
Only problem is that they're on strike every other day...

Sunglasses, a bottle of chloroform, gasoline, some rags, several garbage bags, cleaning supplies, lots of rope, a hacksaw, and that's about it.
