Depends if it's just over the course of one game.

Did you shoot more than two of each?

At least I've got some company...

I tried again today: 47% FT, 38 3P%.
I'm definitely a much better jump shooter at an angle from the hoop than directly in front of it.
EDIT: After a short search, in 2002-2003 Bruce Bowen shot 44.1% from three and 40.4% from the line. His free throw shooting was worse than his 3P shooting!

Yeah, shooting from an angle is much better imo because if you add side spin on your shot, it can get a lucky bounce. Having said that though, you really want to make sure your fingers point directly towards the basket on your follow-through, to prevent side spin. It's what I do, and I usually shoot 80-85% from the line. This is a pretty good video if you haven't checked it out:
Long, but it does help.

I have realized that I have lost a lot of agility/quickness over the past few years. I can shut down bigger players because I am quicker than them but I struggle with guards who are a little bigger than me or the same size. Looks like I've got to lose weight.

It happened in three games during my second season in a league here. Nailed 7 or 8 threepointer and missed all 4 freethrows during those three games. I'll look at my coach stat sheet for more info...

Whatever my go-to-move is, it definitely doesn't involve my jumpshot

I think that free throw coach taught Chuck Hayes how to shoot free throws. Look at the guy at 2:20, it looks familiar.

Similar form, just doesn't "fake" it. Still, Chuck Hayes has improved his free throws, he's shooting 72% this season.

I've been playing everyday at the local park with 17-19 year old kids, so they are pretty much my size/height. Anyways, outside of the fact that I'm sore as hell I've discovered that my fade away is non existent. My move lately has been the pull up jumper from the wing. Don't know what got into me but I am barely missing those lately.
