Suggestions on how i can shrink the nose without redoing everything from scratch.

Easy! Just select the dots around the noose in OEDIT. Then just use the scale function to make it smaller/thinner. Easy as that

The lips could be shrunk a bit too. Imho.

Looks like he got into a fight with Rashweed Wallace or something and got knocked in the face. His lips look swollen. But again, that's just my useless opinion.

edit the texture mapping around the nose....
or just make the nose smaller on the bhed

I think im going to change the lips back, the bottom lip looked better before!

If you mix the nose from v.2 and the face from v.1 it will look sweet

Just a thing I noticed, his left eye-brow looks weird... It goes down to his eye---

Maggette also dont got that much hair. And you made his nose too wide.
