Corey Maggetted Fined

Image Corey Maggette was fined today by the Los Angeles Clippers, because of his comments after the 100-82 lost to the Atlanta Hawks last night. "I apologized for my outbursts after the game, and just hope my team and fans will forgive me," Maggette said at an afternoon press conference. The Clippers are now 4-7 throughout the early season and haven't had a winning year in a long period of time.

I was going to post something like this before you had said something, so it was just to put another realistic action into the dynasty. You could've at least waited to see what I was going to do with the situation first :(

I have a few more surprises coming your way though

Updates coming today...Any ideas on how i can add more to my recaps. Im also looking to deal Boozer, because I havent been really impressed withh im lately except for his rebounding. Jason Case and Stromile Swift have been playing better off the bench. I may not deal him, but I just wanted to see some of ur ideas. He is a 68 overall. Remember updates today

Hawks Going for 10 Straight

By Arthur Barclay

ATLANTA-This is the 2nd matchup between these two teams. In the first game, the Hawks we're victoious, winning 110-95 at Golden State. This time they are in Atlanta, and the Hawks (9-0) are going for their 10th straight win of the season.

Darius Miles has really stepped his game up every since he led the Hawks late in the game against the Utah Jazz. The Hawks end up winning the game in overtime. He has been playing excellent off the bench along with Stromile Swift and rookie Jason Case. Expect them to be a big help in this game.

Key Matchup:
Jason Terry vs. Nick Van Exel

Last time these two teams met, Van Exel had 28 points, 9 assists and 5 rebounds and that's when Gilbert Arenas was on the Hawks guarding him. Jason Terry will be guarding Van Exel in tonight's game and he has been playing tremendously well at PG every since Arenas was traded to Milwaukee.

Probable Starters and Key Stats

C-Rasheed Wallace-2.4bpg
PF-Carlos Boozer-10.8rpg
SF-Keith Van Horn-18.7ppg

Post Game Quotes: Hawks vs. Golden State Warriors, Nov. 16 2004
ImageATLANTA HAWKS GUARD JASON TERRY(10 pts, 18 asts, 9 rebs)
On his guarding Van Exel...

"It was a great game for me. My defensive game brought all my game to me on the offensive end. We started to get alot of transitions baskets in the 3rd quarter. I just played Nick the best I could. I pressured him every inch of the court and made sure he didn't get any space to shoot. He was getting frustrated after he didn't score in the 1st half."

ImageATLANTA HAWKS GUARD KOBE BRYANT(40 pts, 5 rebs)
On his performance...

"I was filling it in the 2nd quarter. After that, I was unstoppable. They had nobody that could really guard me in this game. I'm loving this team and the chemistry we have. Everyone knows their role now and we are ready to make a strong push the rest of the year. This was a wake-up game for us."

ImageGOLDEN STATE WARRIORS GUARD NICK VAN EXEL(6 pts, 2-12 FG)
On the game...

"We went out there and played like we had no heart. I played just as bad as anyone else out there. I was expecting to have a good game, but it just wasn't my night. In the beginning, we had a chance of winning until the 3rd quarter came and they just completely tore us apart. We are going to have to pick up our slack if we want to make the playoffs."

Post Game Quotes: Hawks vs. New York Knicks, Nov. 20 2004
ImageATLANTA HAWKS GUARD JASON TERRY(19 asts, 8 rebs)
On his career-high in assists...

"Well I didn't realize how many assists I had until after the game. It's just easy to get assist on this team, because we run alot and when you have wing players like Van Horn and Kobe to give it to it just makes it very easy."

ImageATLANTA HAWKS FORWARD KEITH VAN HORN(32 pts. 6 rebs, 5 asts,4 blks)
On the game tonight...

"The fans we're great to me. I didn't hear any boo's from the crowd. I went out there and played my game like I said I was before the game. It wasn't the fact that I was playing the person that traded me for, but it was just another defender for me. I don't take alot of people serious and have grudges with them. That's just not me."

ImageATLANTA HAWKS GUARD KOBE BRYANT(42 pts, 5 blks, 4 rebs)
On 40 pt game...

"It was just one of those nights where I was hot. I also had JT who dished out alot of assists and gave me the oppurtunity to play big tonight. That is another sign of having team chemistry. We just don't have one player that can hurt you, but 4 to 6 players that can hurt you on any given night."

Yeah it blows aye, but you can sorta fix it, by going into the player dbf's and you will find that T-Mac and PP, Lebron etc, ahev declined in their primacy rating quite a lot, i just pumped them up, like made t-macs 95.... he now averages 26 ppg, maybe not as much as he should but still not bad

idk...lately ive been letting the cpu play the games while i watch. its all part of being a GM so looks like the cpu been dominating. We may lose, but right now we havent been playing any real good teams.

the reason why i havent been updating is because my memory card wont load up my dynasty. Im real mad because I have went pretty far in it and didnt want to stop. The thing is, everything else loads up on my memory card. Everything else on live loads up as well like the rosters and my configuration for when i play online. I dont know whats going on and if i cant get it to work by this weekend the Atlanta Hawks Dynasty will be over  or i will just start another dynasty and see if it will load up on there.
