use iff editor to open your global file,search the sequence number and add/drag the png texture to your global..
and if you use modtool,use the dds file..same method as above,but this time use import button to add the texture to your global..
P.S. IFF rditor only work on 32bit OS,if you use 64bit OS you must use Modtools..
