Changes to Tutorials Sections

Please be advised that the NBA Live and NBA 2K tutorial sections in the NLSC Forum are now subsections of their respective games, including a new section for NBA 2K11 Tutorials. We hope this change will allow for better visibility and easier navigation when searching for patchmaking tutorials and other resources. We also intend to make greater use of the Tutorials section in our Wiki; as always, community contributions are most welcome.
