any chance of a slight update to egcf
just so white guys dont look like drifters?

my myplayer is sposed to be 20 an clean shaven but with this mod he looks like a 35yr old drifter

I actually saw you guys joking about that in Lunatic Wolf's thread a while back, so I've been looking for a way to get rid of the scruffy beard on white guys while preserving the detail on the darker skin tones. Here's my progress.

sweet looks heaps better.
Also looks like u cleaned up the neck part abit?
Anytime i saw myplayer from behind it looked like he had a hairy neck with the egcf installed :P

yeah..very good idea, the bench jersey seem cardboard...at least ,will be more decent!! :D

hey great job , can u please work on a mod for the stadium crowds? maybe some better textures for crowd and dim the lights a little on the crowd like the real nba does.

The Enhanced Generic CFs & Warmups V2 mod is now available. EGCF V2 eliminates the dirty necks and rugged look (which was most visible on generic Caucasian players), and improves the overall GCF look on every skin tone. Warmups V2 is a minor change that tweaks the normal mapping on the thighs.

why would u not want the warmups?

but yes its possible but u need to do it yourself.

to do it u need the nba 2k modtool

download the attatchment at the bottom of the 1st post in this thread.
backup your global before editing.
start the nba 2k modtool
open your global.iff file
find texture 108 click it then click importres
choose the new texture 108 that u downloaded (bottom of 1st post this thread)
u should notice the face texture channge so then just click exit.

then copy the 2 pcface files and put them in your nba 2k11 folder

heres myplayer with the updated generic cyberface
