Are these Patches Available?

Ive used the search engine to look but cant find it. Also, I don really understand half of it.

1. Can someone direct me to a patch with the 04 rookie class on it?

2. Is there a patch for International teams?

3. Is there a patch to get the NBL teams (Australian Ball League)
