whenever i get to practice at the start of each season ( i will NEVER waste points on practice) i do the following
whatever i dont want to train at i set it at 20 so i dont lose any points, and what i do want to train at 40. so that would be 3 sliders at 20 and one at 40, the 20's wont lose or gain points ever, and the 40 might not get you anything, but a player or 2 will get 1 point in a category or so, still sucks i know, but at least you dont lose anything, and have the chance of gaing *gasp!* 1 point or so...
