Unable to Install NBA 2K11

Hi all,

Just copy my copy of NBA 2K11 PC version and I'm unable to install unto my PC.

Message as shown:

Any advice? Or should I take it back to the shop to exchange another one?

yes, i belieeve that is the best thing you can do. exchange it to another.
