OK, this is my work in progress, i am working on Head Shape, Hair, Fixing Mouth and skin color at the moment, this what i have done so far..

I like it, it looks a lot less like an alien and more like a person

The mouth looks a little weird though... kind of a pinched smile. Like you said, it needs some work. Definitely better than your unserious attempts however

Pretty good. I don't like that the hair is shiny and the skin around the bottom half of the face makes him look fat in the main picture.

it's not bad, but the creases(sp?) from the smiles.... looks really really weird..

also, the hair looks like it's dyed~....

much better than your bruce lee attempt though....
