I can model damn near anything in 3D Studio Max, currently i model fot GTA:VC but what i wanna know is how i can get the O files for the player bodies into .3ds format, so i can edit in max, retexture and things like that, also use it to scale some new models, for a streetball idea i had, so players can have more varied clothing. So basicly, is it possible to create new textured o files?

As of right now, I believe you can only export from OEDIT to MilkShape files. However, OEDIT has no import command, so there is no way to open the exported files again anyway. So in answer to your question, as of right now, no. Its unfortunate, I know:S Oh well, once you get used to OEDIT, its not too bad.
