a question for experts

Hi guys,
I made my own custom team which consisted of players from other existing team, free agent pool and some I created on my own. Now I like my team to wear different jerseys kinda like the the all star game maybe a couple of years back wherein the players wore their own respective home and away jersey.
I have no problem in having the team wear a single jersey, my problem is letting each player have his own uniform. I've added home.fsh's and away.fsh's to respective xplayer folders and what I got was those players from other existing teams properly wore the jerseys that I wanted them to have while my created players were not affected.
So I thought maybe it's because they were created while the others were not, what I did was I changed the status of my created players by altering the teams dbf file ISCREATED changing that part from true to false and also altering the ID7 and PLAYERPKG from blank to eg. remille.
From there I did still not get the uniform I wanted and I visually lost my players heads!!
Any suggestions guys? Thanks..

well if u changed iscreated to false and playerpkg to remille or w/e (dont need to change id7, that'll just make the ingame speach suck lol) and then had the remille folder in xplayer wiht the jerseys then the jerseys should have shown up. your players shouldnt have ahd black heads, they should have looked like reggie miller and so on..
