ANYONE INTERESTED IN ANOTHER MEGA-STREET 2K11 MOD?

How the hell do you install this, all the notes keep talking about GTA San Andreas...how do you put this into NBA 2k11?

In your NBA 2k11 main folder

In your 2k11 main folder what? Talk to me in big dummy terms. Act like I'm new....lol

You just copy the files, etc or what? I'm not getting how this works or how you activate it or what....what the heck to do with the files in the folder and how do I get the textures to work.

C:/Program Files/2K Sports/NBA 2K11 ... Copy the files there.

Yeah once I figured everything out, including the F12 to turn it on...My frames dropped to 3fps....How in the hell did I go from 74 to 3fps....

All this is software emulation, which doubles or triples the FPS loss from what it would be if 2k developed it with it.

Yea, Its brighter than the last one, so those who liked the original probably wont like how this one is lighter. As you mite not see as much if you are not on max settings, probably, I'm not sure.

Well, Ion know whats wrong with yours. You must be recording with fraps & using the small fix. I used it, with the motion blur and turned off vsync. My fps didnt even change.

I just advise everybody to at least try it out, if your computer can't handle it, stopping using it, and please keep any hostile comments to yourself! This is an "attempt" to try and make the game look better with something I didnt even create. So chillout, this is a solution until 2k probably gives us the real one. Sorry for any convenience..

You need to use Ambient Occlusion, like I said earlier.

Straight from the Nvidia Control Panel:

Ambient Occlusion enhances depth perception by creating a soft shadowing effect for objects based on their placement in the scene.

I think the jerseys in the PC had some missing alpha channels in it that's why it looks bland and all.

I do use it for mine but people who don't have a " Nvidia" graphic card may not get that pleasure, it still didn't effect muscle definition tho....

Your right, as I said before, they created the jerseys like this because the console models generated its own shadows as seen in trailer above. Therefore the jerseys never need alphas since the virtual environment generate shadows by itself.

I use the hack and it looks great! Even court has great reflections!

Just tried the patch....it would work great if it did not actually ruin the FPS,but good try anyway

the fps drops in this one because of the "motion blur", in the morning I will upload the two versions separately. I myself didnt witness any framerate drop but I'm going to do a final version and upload it 2mara with motion blur being an option. I'mma try and configure it so that it doesn't do as much so the framerate doesn't become affected.

Yea, I do wish the framerate issue could be solved but unfortunately it can't!

I Tried the newest version

Doesnt affect my fps at all, but there is a 0.1 sec delay sometimes. , though it looks like there is a noise effect which makes nba floor ugly with lots of dots

I tried it.
It's nice, but the frame drop was to much for me (from 60-65 to 18-20 fps), unplayable even (no point in lowering the settings when the whole point wast to get the game to look better ).
Also didn't notice any motion blur, and sometimes there was too much bloom.

If the fps would have remained normal, I'd use it.
Great try, hope it will be improved soon (by you or 2k )

This makes my game crash. Maybe it only works for Nvidia cards.

Can i get some help? i extracted the two files to my 2k11 main folder and the game crashes right after i open 2k11. Any ideas?
