How do i change the cap room back to the normal limit

somehow the cap room limit got set to 43 million or so and with the normal rosters, the teams salaries arent even close. How do I change it back and what is the normal limit.

Copy the original salary.ini file from your NBA Live 2004 CD to the felogic folder in the main NBA Live 2004 folder. That will restore the default salary cap.
